Nestled in the heart of Mississauga, Paratha Point Restaurant is a 24/7 Indian culinary gem specializing in authentic, comforting parathas and traditional Indian dishes that satisfy cravings any time of day or night. Located conveniently at 879 Westport Crescent, this vibrant eatery offers a welcoming ambiance where guests can indulge in hearty, flavorful meals crafted with care.
The restaurant’s hallmark is, of course, their parathas — thick, generously stuffed flatbreads that are flaky yet soft, bursting with rich fillings like spiced potatoes or creamy paneer. Signature dishes such as the Aloo Paratha Thali offer a fulfilling feast, pairing perfectly with fresh homemade butter, tangy pickles, and savory curries. Customers often rave how the parathas arrive piping hot, enveloped in layers that melt in your mouth, carrying deep, traditional flavors that remind you of homemade comfort food.
Beyond the star parathas, the menu extends to a variety of Indian classics and vegetable curries that provide a delightful palette of taste and texture. Whether it's the creamy Shahi Paneer richly simmered with whipping cream and butter, the perfectly spiced Bhindi (Okra), or the hearty Chana Masala, each dish is freshly cooked with authentic spices that ignite your senses. Appetizers like Mix Pakode and Aloo Tikki Chaat bring in crispy, tangy, and vibrant layers of flavor, offering a truly immersive Indian street-food experience.
The drinks menu complements the food beautifully, featuring freshly made lassis—sweet, salty, and mango—that deliver a perfect, cooling balance to the rich and aromatic dishes. Sipping a signature Mango Lassi while savoring a hot paratha is a simple pleasure that lingers long after your meal.
Visitors highlight the attentive and professional customer service, praising staff members like Pradeep, Nisha, Kamal, Siman, Parminder, and chef Kuljeet for their warm hospitality and dedication to quality. The atmosphere is casual yet clean and inviting, a perfect spot for both quick takeaways and relaxed dine-in experiences. The fact that Paratha Point is open round the clock adds an unbeatable convenience that food lovers appreciate—whether it’s a hearty meal at 3 AM or a flavorful lunch.
Real customer reviews echo the authenticity and consistently high standards of the food: “The paratha was perfectly cooked. Flaky, flavorful, and generously filled,” shares Shaik Mujtaba, while Ekta Dubey praises the “absolutely delicious” and “Baahubalisized” huge portion sizes. For night owls and early risers alike, Jaspal Singh’s visit at 2 AM confirmed that fresh, hot Indian food is reliably served with a smile.
In sum, Paratha Point Restaurant stands out as a genuine haven for lovers of North Indian cuisine and, more specifically, for aficionados of the humble yet exquisite paratha. The blend of robust flavors, generous portions, and welcoming service makes every visit feel like coming home – a rare find in Mississauga’s diverse food scene.
We were helped by Pradeep and Nisha. We ordered the paratha and mixed pakora from this place, and they were absolutely amazing! The paratha was perfectly cooked. Flaky, flavorful, and generously filled. The pakora was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of authentic spice. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Definitely one of the best Indian comfort food spots I’ve tried. Highly recommended!
Ordered the parantha Thalis with mix parantha and aloo parantha. The size was huge and the taste was quite decent. I feel little bit more salt would have enhanced the overall flavor. The amount of butter and pickle is very less. That can be improved. Otherwise the food is decent.
Kamal and siman were excellent and very professional customer service. The food was too good. Even at 3AM in the morning, the paranthas, lassi and Halwa was so fresh and hot. Came all the way from US to eat here. Heard great things here.
We had the mix paratha and aloo paneer paratha both were absolutely delicious! The size of the parathas was HUGE, literally Baahubali-sized Very filling and full of flavor. This is honestly one of the best parathas I’ve had in Mississauga. Plus, it’s open 24/7, which makes it even better. Highly recommend!
